Delivery and returns

Shipping

We aim for our delivery and returns service to be as easy as possible for all our customers.

Pease kindly note that we are unable to deliver to the address that includes PO Box number as we require a signature on delivery.

Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours during Mon - Fri - subject to payment.

UK

Standard tracked delivery £4.00 (2-4 business days). 

Express delivery £5.00 (1-3 business days)

Free for orders £50 and over (2-4 business days).

EU

Tracked £9.00 (2-6 business days).

Rest of the world (excl U.S and Canada)

For shipping destination outside the EU, please note that your order will be shipped exclusive of import duties and customs charges: your order will be shipped as DDU.

(Delivered Duty Unpaid). In certain countries you may also be requested to pay additional import duties and local sales taxes at the time your order is delivered to you.  In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and local sales taxes will not be refundable by us.

Tracked £13 (10 - 15 business days).

Returns

Following receipt of your items you have 14 days to return an item for a full refund or exchange, so long as the item is in perfect condition. Worn or washed items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please email mandy@anayandjay.com prior to returning any item detailing your order number and item(s) to be returned or exchanged along with details of any items requested as replacements. Customers are responsible for covering postage charges when returning items.

Delivery charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty or is returned due to our mistake.

Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the post office when returning items as we cannot be responsible for items that fail to arrive to us.
